Although most surveillance equipment configuration tools tend to be Windows based, we are proud to introduce the IP configuration tools for our Premium Series IP cameras, NVRs, and DVR recorders. This config tool will allow you find compatible devices on your local network, and change their IP address at the click of a button. This IP Config Tool make it easy to deploy multiple cameras, and recorders on the same subnet of your local network (LAN).
It is important to note that this tool has been tested to be compatible on M1 Macs running Monterey and Catalina only. Using a Mac computer with a different OS or CPU may yield different results, and unfortunately we cannot assist with computer related issues that you have.
Also, for this tool to work, you must be on the same local subnet as the cameras or recorders with a router providing ARP services. If you are unable to find any devices, make sure you are using our Premium Series products and that you don't have a firewall blocking the tool from working.
