2K Long Range Night Vision High Speed Analog PTZ

This PTZ features double the pixel density of most HD PTZ cameras you will find for an analog security camera system. This analog PTZ security camera has a 4MP video sensor that provides clear 2K or 4MP resolution video at Real Time 30fps. For stunning nighttime capture, the Super IR LEDs hidden behind the black fascia of the camera provide IR night vision up to 328 feet from the camera. During the day, the 30X optical zoom lens combined with the 4MP HD sensor allows for facial recognition up to 880ft away at the maximum zoom. With capabilities like endless 360-degree panning, auto flip tilt, and a high-speed motor, this camera can quickly watch your property whether it is manually controlled or running a preset tour. This 2K PTZ analog camera is ideal for large properties or businesses to monitor parking lots, entry ways, and property perimeters.

Using one of the Avalonix Premium Series DVR recorders for HD analog security cameras, you can decode the HD over Coax signal from the PTZ, and control the camera from the DVR. The DVR allows for PTZ control by using a mouse connected to the DVR or you can view and control the camera by using our Free Smartphone app, PC/Mac Software, or Web Browser.

When using the camera with our DVR, the 3D targeting system offered by our DVRs lets you draw a region in the video for the camera to move and zoom in to. Simply use the mouse to click the zoom icon and draw a rectangle or square for the area you would like the PTZ to focus upon. Our free smartphone and tablet remote viewing apps also let you control this outdoor PTZ from anywhere in the world when connected to our DVR.

If you'd like to use any of our PTZs for active surveillance then you will want to pick up one of our PTZ joystick controllers that can be placed on a local network to talk to the DVR and control the camera.

Pro Tips

• You can use this camera without a DVR for direct streaming to a monitor using our BNC to HDMI converter as explained in our guide on how to use a HD analog security camera as standalone
• To get the best quality video from this camera use solid copper RG59U wire that will allow up to 1600ft cable runs
• PTZ cameras can only be used for license plate capture in well lit conditions, and when cars are still
