1000ft spool of high quality 23 AWG solid copper CAT6 cable that is the professional choice for long cable runs to reach speeds beyond 1gbps. Network cable has several uses in security camera applications and if you are looking for the best networking cabling for long cable runs for your IP camera systems then this cable is the best. It can be used to run analog CCTV video signals using Video Baluns up to 3000ft, it can be used to run RS485 signals for PTZ cameras, and of course it is used to wire network cameras, especially with PoE extenders. CAT6 cabling is superior to CAT5e because of its thicker gauge wire and hence the ability to run current and video/data signals longer distances. If you have a power hungry IP camera, like a 4K PTZ camera, you would want to use this wire because of its thicker gauge and full solid copper construction.
