Active Deterrence Cameras

In today’s age of experienced and sophisticated criminals, it’s usually not enough to have a passive recording system simply recording the act for after-the-fact investigations. To tackle this unique challenge, we started carrying Active Deterrence cameras. These cameras come equipped with extra lights and sometimes with loudspeakers that can be used to scare thieves or unwanted guests. They come in a variety of options, with some having a set of white light LEDs that act as floodlights and others with red-and-blue LEDs to emulate police lights. Loudspeakers provide the option of using it with motion or smart detection to activate the speaker to act as a siren, or if you pull the cameras up on your phone, you can talk through the speaker.
