If you are looking for help for a product that you did not purchase from CCTV Camera World, or you are looking for help integrating a 3rd party product with one of our products, this paid troubleshooting would be the support type you would need. The Paid support session starts with scheduling you for a date and time that works for you. Usually we require appointments to be made 48 hrs in advance; immediately appointments may be available depending on the availability of our techs.
At the time of your appointment, we will be speaking with you over the phone while simultaneously being logged into your computer from our office. This will allow us to do all the leg work for you in configuring your router so that it will allow your security camera system to be seen from your smartphone. No more taking commands over the phone for something as potentially complicated as this. Just sit back, and let us work for you for up to an half-hour.
If you need assistance with local and/or remote access, it will all be covered here. In addition to router configuration, this remote session can also be used for network related assistance with IP camera installations.
Each purchase of HELPUS covers 30 minutes of networking support. This is more than enough time to complete almost any task on hand.
