Description

Details

This 4 Megapixels IP Dome Security Camera has a 2.8-12mm motorized zoom lens giving it 4x Optical Zoom that lets the user get a clear image farther than any 1080P or 3MP camera can. The adjustable motorized zoom lens allow the viewing angle to be altered at will from the touch of a button on your NVR, smart phone, tablet, or computer. You can set the lens to be as wide as 90°, or telescoped at 25°. You'll be able to get facial detail up to 50ft away during daylight at a 80° view. Depending on how you set the motorized zoom optical lens, you can see facial detail or license plates for slow moving vehicles (20mph or less) up to 70ft away.

The 1/3" 4MP Progressive Scan CMOS sensor offers 4MP video at 15fps and 3MP or lower resolution streams at 30fps. There are multiple image correction features like white balance, gain control, shutter speed, and digital noise reduction. The 30 infrared LEDs give this camera 100 feet of night vision. This IP security camera can be accessed remotely via your smart phone, tablet, PC, or Mac, and is weatherproof and rated for outdoor use. This is a great camera to use by itself or as part of a IP security camera system using PoE power, or 12V DC.

For $395 it is a steal. My clients loved the video quality. It was simply jaw dropping. I don't understand why anyone would want to waste money on 4K. The bracket options of this camera make it very useful for installer like me. The pendant ceiling mount allowed me to use this camera for a large retail store. I used my own conduit and used their ceiling mounts to suspend the camera ten feet from the rafters. I sold this for $800 per camera plus labor. (Posted on 6/24/16)

Mounted underneath the eaves on my garage I can get such a great picture of the front of my property. The night vision works great more than 150ft away. I do have street lights in the distance which really multiply the night vision. Lens zooms in and out quickly and focus adjusts decently. I love that I can make those adjustments from my cell phone app as well. (Posted on 5/31/16)

The school district I work for purchased 30 of these with wall mounts to be mounted on the side of the buildings. They have been working great for over a year now. Install was fairly simple and the cameras were added to the 64 channel 4k nvr recorder easily after following the Camera World guide for Pro series cameras. This job was a very large undertaking and I was impressed at how easy they made everything, and the quick response I received for any support questions. (Posted on 3/6/16)
Great optical zoom camera Review by Domonic T

I installed this dome security camera in our factory for equipment regulation. We have large pieces of equipment that have pressurized tanks with gauges. This allows my operators to perform their tasks while still keeping an eye on the pressure gauges using a remote viewing station next to the operating controls. When a gauge is showing an abnormal pressure, they can zoom the camera out to monitor the integrity of the tank. This 4 megapixel dome cam has single handedly improved our production rate. Also a note to other buyers, I wouldn't force this camera to tilt more than 60 degrees when installing. There is a capacitor on the back of the camera board (inside the housing) which can be snapped if you are not careful. (Posted on 1/30/16)
