Robotics Engineering Scholarships

There are 3 main sources for student seeking a scholarship to fund their degree in Robotics Engineering or a related degree program at an undergraduate level. Two of the sources are related to robotics competition where it is a requirement that the applicant be a member of an affiliated robotics team in their high school at the time of applying for a scholarship. There are 2 main organizations with which colleges across that country have partnered up to offer such scholarships, i.e. FIRST and VEX Robotics. Usually a student who is part of a robotics team in their high school has already competed in a competition sponsored by VEX or FIRST. These competition affiliated scholarships are great for students who have made up their mind about which career to pursue early in life, but for the rest of us who are late bloomers there is hope with institution based scholarships. There is very little information available across the web about non-FIRST or non-VEX scholarships for a career in Robotics. We have compiled a list below so that it will save you time and money.
