2K Turret Dome Camera with Motorized Zoom Lens

This 2K Turret Dome Camera is an economical yet powerful Eyeball Turret type dome security camera. It provides vivid and detailed video that will simply amaze thanks to its 4MP CMOS image sensor. With a 2.7-13.5mm motorized zoom lens you can have anywhere from a wide 104° angle of view to a telescoped 28° angle of view. The 2K 1440P resolution video provides great detail allowing the user to digitally zoom into an image to identify a face, even after the video has been recorded. When set at the widest angle of view, you can expect facial detail up to 30ft away, and when the motorized optical zoom lens is set to full zoom power you can expect facial detail up to 70ft away. Its video capabilities don't end there. It has two Super IR LEDs that aid the camera to see in low light or darkness up to 200ft away. All of our surveillance cameras come with some standard features that set them apart, and one those features is Smart IR technology to intelligently reduce IR intensity to minimize IR glare on a nearby object in the foreground. This IP camera also features True WDR for glare compensation, and it features H.265+ and H.264+ video compression that allows bandwidth savings up to 75% compared to standard H.264. To take advantage of this feature you would need to use one of our NVRs with H.265+ and H.264+ support.

This is a rugged dome camera and can be mounted indoors or outdoors with its IP67 weather protection rating. You don't need an eaves or other structure to protect it from the elements. Since it is an eyeball style dome it can be mounted directly to a wall or ceiling. We also have optional junction boxes and mounts available for the professional user.

Like all of our IP cameras, it can be viewed remotely over the internet from your smartphone, computer, or NVR. It is also available with a factory installed internal microSD card to function as a standalone camera by using video based motion detection to record events of interest. Since it is ONVIF compatible, you can also record its video stream to many software platforms on the market. But if you want to control and take advantage of all the features this camera has to offer, then you will need a compatible NVR that we carry. By using one of our NVR recorders you will be able to easily control the optical zoom lens, set camera parameters like encoding settings, and take advantage of the motion detection feature of the camera.

Generally powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet) this camera only needs one network cable to communicate zoom controls, send video and data, and power the camera from a PoE switch or one our PoE NVRs.
