This camera is our 4K Active Deterrence Turret Camera, a leading-edge security solution that delivers high-resolution surveillance and advanced deterrence features. This camera is designed to provide a comprehensive and intelligent surveillance feature set to effectively secure your premises.

The camera is equipped with an 8MP video sensor, ensuring superior video quality by capturing ultra HD 4K video. With support for either H.265 or H.264 encoding, this camera provides flexible video compression and storage optimization options. Triple stream video encoding technology allows users to choose from Mainstream, Substream, and Mobilestream for versatile video data usage if they’re at the location of the camera or viewing the camera with the remote viewing app.

A 2.8mm fixed lens offers a wide 106° horizontal field of view, ensuring extensive coverage. With Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) for glare compensation and 3D Digital Noise Reduction, the camera delivers high-quality, noise-free footage in various lighting conditions. The camera has IR LEDs that beam up to 82 feet of infrared night vision and up to 66 feet of White Light for Color Night Vision. Based on your preferences, you have the option to schedule the camera to activate its IR LEDs for black and white night vision in low light conditions, or you can choose to enable the White Light LED to provide colored video during nighttime.

This camera is a part of our Active Deterrence line and includes a bright spotlight and loudspeaker to deter potential intruders, as well as a Blue/Red Police Alert Light option designed to further prevent intrusion attempts. Either basic motion detection or the advanced AI detection features that our cameras offer can trigger these proactive deterrence measures.

The camera's AI Smart Video Analytics offers a choice from a range of features including: Face Recognition, Human & Vehicle Detection, Perimeter Intrusion Detection, Line Crossing Detection, Cross Counting, Stationary Object Detection, Heat Map, Crowd Density Detection, Queue Length Detection, License Plate Detection, or Rare Sound Detection. Beyond these features, this camera also supports basic video-based motion detection with customizable Region of Interest settings.

A built-in microphone with a 25ft audio pick-up range in a quiet office setting, and the built-in speaker can be used for two-way audio conversations. The camera also includes a built-in web server accessible over LAN for easy standalone management over a network and a MicroSD slot supporting up to 256GB (MicroSD card sold separately) for local storage options for standalone use or as an on-board backup for redundancy purposes.

The camera supports ONVIF Profile S/G/T, ensuring compatibility with various surveillance systems and software. Note AI detection is only available when used with a compatible Security Cameras Inc NVR.

An IP67 weather resistance rating and sturdy design ensure the camera is ready for outdoor use. Power supply options include 12VDC or PoE, with Extended PoE (ePoE) compatibility from Security Cameras Inc NVRs.

Installing the camera is straightforward with its ceiling/wall mount design, and additional mounts are available for purchase to open more installation options.
