At the heart of this camera is an UltraHD 8MP Video Sensor, ensuring the delivery of high-quality 4K resolution images.
This camera offers triple-stream video encoding supporting either H.265 or H.264: a mainstream for high-resolution recordings, a substream for lower-resolution live view, and a mobile stream optimized for mobile devices. The advanced H.265 encoding saves up to 75% of storage and bandwidth compared to H.264, optimizing video playback and storage.
With a 2.8mm fixed lens providing a wide 110° horizontal field of view, no corner is out of sight. The built-in infrared night vision reaches up to 100 feet, providing clear images even in complete darkness. The camera also has a White Light LED that can provide up to 82ft of light. Based on your preferences, you have the option to schedule the camera to activate its IR LEDs for black and white night vision in low light conditions, or you can choose to enable the White Light LED to provide colored video during nighttime. The Smart IR feature intelligently reduces IR glare, ensuring balanced illumination in night vision mode.
The built-in digital wide dynamic range (DWDR) helps compensate for glare, while the IR Cut Filter (ICR) and 3D Noise Reduction enhance image quality. Video-based motion detection and Region of Interest settings add further layers of security, alerting you of any suspicious activity in the specified area.
This camera steps up the surveillance game with AI Smart Video Analytics, offering Face Detection, Human & Vehicle Detection, Perimeter Intrusion Detection, Line Crossing Detection, Cross Counting, Stationary Object Detection, Heat Map, Crowd Density Detection, Queue Length Detection, and Rare Sound Detection. Never miss a moment with continuous or event-based recording.
Listen in with the built-in microphone, boasting an audio pick-up range of 25 feet in a quiet office. If you're not using it with a compatible NVR, you can access the camera as a standalone device using the built-in Web Server accessible over a LAN.
The microSD Slot supports up to 256GB (microSD card sold separately) in case your recorder is stolen or damaged, or if you only want a standalone camera to record for a few days. The camera also supports ONVIF S, G, and T profiles, allowing easy integration with an existing network video system or software. Note AI detection is only available when used with a compatible Security Cameras Inc NVR.
Built for resilience, it's rated IP67 for weather resistance, making it suitable for outdoor use. It can be powered either by 12VDC or PoE, and it's compatible with Extended PoE (ePoE) tech found in Security Cameras Inc NVRs, offering flexible installation options.
The camera is designed for a ceiling mount, but additional optional mounts are available for flexible installation and positioning.
