Omnidirectional 2.4GHz 5.8GHz Wireless Radio

The Omnidirectional 2.4GHz 5.8GHz Wireless Radio is a professional wireless access point for extending the wireless reach of your WiFi network. This wireless radio is great for connecting to our wireless IP cameras that utilize an internal 2.4GHz radio. Rather than bogging down your home or business WiFi router, you can use this device to offload wireless traffic from your main router for continuous video traffic from multiple camera streams. By isolating the wireless cameras onto this radio's wireless signal, users at home or at work can connect to your main WiFi router signal and your cameras will not get throttled.

You can be assured that this radio will support a continuous throughput of up to 30mbps, which is about seven cameras if each camera is set to a total encoding bit rate of 4mbps. This will allow for a reliable wireless video transmission with reduced frame skipping and signal loss. This wireless radio is equipped with a strong WiFi transmitter, however it’s recommended that you use with wireless cameras located indoors as obstructions or extended distance will cause signal loss.
