Panoramic 4K PoE Turret Camera, Smart Deterrence, Full Color, IR, 2-Way Audio

We’re proud to introduce this powerful Active Deterrence Full Color Panoramic Camera to our selection of professional security cameras to assist our customers with protecting their homes and businesses. As a part of our Premium Series line of PoE cameras, this camera is a top-of-the-line panoramic camera. It combines the power of two cameras in a single housing for an astonishingly high-quality panoramic view. To achieve this level of quality, it has two separate 2K 4MP image sensors that are stitched together for a fantastic 4K view, providing enough quality to see faces up to 35 feet away even with the ultra-wide angle!

This camera not only produces high-quality 4K video, it acts as a vigilant guard against intruders with it's Active Deterrence features. The built-in red and blue LEDs can be turned on manually using the smartphone app for remote viewing or automatically by one of the various smart detection rules. For audio deterrence, it has a built-in speaker that can be used as a siren to play alerts and sounds to scare off unwanted visitors. The built-in microphone and speaker also enable two-way audio communication.

Don’t worry about nighttime capture with this camera, as it has several ways to light up the area for color or black-and-white recordings. To illuminate the area and stay in color mode, it contains two white light LEDs providing up to 66 feet of visible light. If you prefer a camera that doesn’t stand out as much, then you’ll want to switch it to it’s infrared mode using the two IR LEDs that beam up to 82 feet for black-and-white recording. By default, the camera stays in IR mode with black and white video until motion is detected or one of the event detection rules is triggered. Upon sensing motion, the camera switches on its warm light LEDs to light up the view in color at night.

All of our 4K security cameras, including this one, have H.264 and H.265 encoding, as well as some minor encoding improvements when paired with an Avalonix Premium Series NVR. H.265 offers up to 70% in storage savings compared to H.264. However, with support for traditional H.264, it also works with our older Premium Series NVRs.

Beyond the visual and detection capabilities of the camera is it’s built-in audio. The camera has both a built-in microphone and speaker for recording audio, enabling Audio Detection, and using the speaker as a siren or for two-way audio. If the built-in audio devices don’t quite meet the needs for your mounting location, you can use the camera’s audio input and outputs to use our high-quality two-way audio kit.

This camera utilizes Power over Ethernet technology to receive power and uses the same Ethernet cable to send back video, audio, and other data. You can easily run this camera up to 328 feet away directly from your NVR or connect it to your local computer network with daisy chained PoE switches for further distances.

Last but not least, its IP67 weather resistance rating means it’s ready to be installed anywhere inside or outside.
