We offer free email-based support that includes step-by-step self-help guides for managing your CCTV Camera World security system or cameras. However, if you're looking for hands-on assistance from our technical experts, this Paid Support Session is ideal —e specially for novice users or those with limited time. This service is designed for customers who purchased their equipment from CCTV Camera World.

Paid support includes phone-based guidance for any instructions you find difficult to follow in our free guides, or a remote desktop session where our US-based Tech Experts logs into your computer to help configure your cameras, recorders, or related accessories.

We also offer support for network configuration issues commonly encountered when setting up IP camera systems. While PoE cameras plugged directly into a compatible NVR usually don’t require networking help, deploying cameras over a network—especially standalone PoE cameras—can be complex without prior experience in IP surveillance or computer networking.

Once purchased, we will schedule your session within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note we need advance 24 hrs notice to schedule. At the scheduled time, you’ll receive a phone call while we connect to your system remotely to handle the technical setup for you. Simply sit back while we configure your cameras, system, or router during your allocated time.

This service is suitable for customers who:

  • Are not experienced with computer networking that is involved in setting up an individual IP or PoE camera
  • Cannot solve an issue with their own computer network while deploying a product purchased from us on their network
  • Need help connecting cameras to an NVR over a local network
  • Need help connecting an NVR over the local or remote network
  • Are unable to access their camera or system locally or remotely
  • Need help configuring their router for port forwarding or remote viewing due to a firewall issue
  • Require assistance navigating and setting up advanced features on their CCTV Camera World system

Important Terms:

  • Sessions are billed in 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute increments
  • Time is billed per support issue and cannot be split or deferred to a later date
  • Overages beyond the purchased time will be billed automatically
  • Paid support is non-refundable
