4K Turret Dome Camera, Built-in Mic

8MP 4K video surveillance is now available with HD security cameras over coax and no longer strictly for IP camera systems. The new 4K 8MP line of HDCVI cameras allows for the most advanced security cameras without having to change cabling if you have existing coax cable. This 4K Dome Camera works with good quality RG59U coax cabling from a roll that is 20awg copper wire. Note that low-cost siamese wire that is pre-made thin wire will not work with 4K HDCVI Cameras. A compatible 4K HDCVI DVR is necessary to decode the video stream and the camera provides up to 15fps at 4K depending on the recorder's specifications.

This Eyeball Dome Camera streams video at 4K resolution. Its 3.6mm fixed lens produces a 87 degree angle of view that allows for recognizing a face up to 50ft away, like the example found in our security camera guide. The high definition 4K video recording provides substantially better clarity than 2K 4MP security cameras, allowing the use of digital zoom to magnify recorded or live video during the day. This security camera features Starlight technology that allows the camera's sensor to actively adjust its digital shutter speed for the camera to perceive and see color in low light conditions, providing color night vision. In darkness the camera will switch to black & white night vision mode assisted by its on-board Super IR LEDs.

The camera also supports true Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) to decrease glare from uneven lighting between the foreground and background. The camera has two Super IR LEDs for infrared night vision up to 164ft for viewing at night. Remember facial detail is up to 50ft in adequate light. With a weatherproof rating of IP67 and metal design, this surveillance camera can operate in almost all scenarios.
