This 5MP 3K PoE Motorized Zoom Turret Camera is a powerful and smart addition to your security system. Designed to ensure a high level of protection, this camera is packed with advanced features that provide superior surveillance in a variety of environments.
At the core of this turret camera is a 5MP video sensor, which captures sharp and crystal-clear 3K high-definition images. The camera's motorized 2.8–12mm lens adjusts to provide a flexible viewing angle ranging from a wide 107° to a narrow 34°. With support for either H.265 or H.264 video codecs and the benefit of H.265+ providing up to 75% bandwidth savings over H.264, your security footage is efficiently compressed for storage and live viewing without compromising on quality.
The turret camera delivers up to 148 feet of infrared night vision, ensuring clear visibility in black-and-white mode even in pitch darkness. The Smart IR technology effectively reduces IR glare. With WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) for glare compensation and 3D Noise Reduction for cleaner images, this camera ensures high-quality video. The video-based motion detection comes with Region of Interest settings for customized surveillance coverage.
The camera also offers a rich selection of AI Smart Video analytics, also known as advanced detection features. These include Face Detection, Human & Vehicle Detection, Perimeter Intrusion Detection, Line Crossing Detection, Cross Counting, Stationary Object Detection, Heat Map, Crowd Density Detection, Queue Length Detection, License Plate Detection, and Rare Sound Detection. These capabilities ensure real-time alerts and quick response times to potential security threats.
It features an Audio Input and Output port to hook up an external microphone or speaker for optional sound recording or two-way audio conversation and comes with a built-in web server accessible over the LAN. The MicroSD slot supports up to 256GB of on-board storage (MicroSD cards sold separately), giving you the option to store a backup or use the camera as a standalone recording device. It's also compliant with ONVIF S, G, and T profiles, ensuring compatibility with different devices and software that can connect to ONVIF cameras. Note AI detection is only available when used with a compatible Security Cameras Inc NVR.
Designed to withstand the elements, this camera has an IP67 weather resistance rating, making it suitable for outdoor use. It can be powered by either 12VDC or PoE and is also Extended PoE (ePoE) capable with Security Cameras Inc NVRs for longer distances than plain PoE.
