We are proud to present this 4K HDCVI Dome Camera which is the world’s first 4K over coaxial cable dome camera. Just like our 4K IP cameras, the 4K HD over Coax cameras have a 8MP CMOS Sensor that produces Ultra HD 4K video. 4K Resolution security footage has 4 times the pixel density of 1080P, which translates in to greater detail upon digital zoom of recorded footage. While IP cameras are very popular these days, they are cumbersome and involve complicated networking for installation. With our HDCVI cameras you can attain 4K UltraHD quality using simple to use coax RG59U wire that has plug & play BNC connections. Whether you are looking to install a new system, or upgrade your existing system, HDCVI cameras like this 4K security camera are a sensible and economical choice while offering the same performance as IP cameras in most cases. For proper signal transmission RG59U 20awg wire is required with 4K and 4MP HDCVI cameras; this is the cable you get from a spool of RG59 wire.
Have a long cable run? No problem. HDCVI signals can be transmitted up to 1600ft on RG59U and 1000ft via use of HD video baluns on network UTP cabling. HDCVI cameras even allow video, data and audio (where available) to be transmitted over a single coax wire.
This camera offers both HDCVI and analog (CVBS) video outputs simultaneously with two BNC connectors present on the pigtail. You can use the analog CVBS video output for testing at analog resolution, and you can even connect this camera to an analog DVR to output at 480P. For viewing and recording 4K video, you will need to use HDCVI DVRs or Tribrid / Pentabrid DVRs that are compatible with decoding 4K HDCVI cameras.
This 4K Dome camera takes 4K video another step further by having a varifocal motorized zoom lens. With its 3X optical zoom lens the user can see farther and wider than the traditional 80 degree view of most surveillance cameras on the market. Plus, the lens can be controlled from the DVR or through the mobile app, offering major convenience for the user to make tweaks to the camera's field of view after installation. At the widest 3.7mm setting, the camera provides a wide angle view of 112 degrees with the ability to recognize a face up to 50ft away. When zoomed in all the way (Tele lens setting) to the 11mm setting, the camera provides a 46 degree angle of view with the ability to recognize a face up to 125ft. These figures have been tested in ideal daylight conditions without glare when recording at 4K resolution and 15fps.
Although you could use this camera to look at license plates during the day for vehicles moving 30mph or less, it cannot be used at night for plate capture because of IR glare from the license plate. Nothing beats an actual license plate capture camera for recording plates in both day and night.
In addition to providing Ultra HD video, the camera has True WDR (120dB) which optimizes both the bright and dark areas of the video at the same time to provide amazing usable video. For example, this is useful in situations where the camera is mounted inside in a warehouse and looking out towards the roll-up door. The camera will be able to see both inside where it is darker and outside where it is brighter.
This is a dome shaped camera that can be mounted by itself on a ceiling; optional wall, ceiling and pole mounts are available as well. It is rated IP67 and made of metal, and its glass is rated and tested to meet IK10 impact resistance and vandal resistant. It is a rugged camera suitable for outdoor or indoor use without the need for additional cover.

1. Under ideal daylight conditions. Camera not for use as license plate camera at night.
2. Stated IR illumination range is based on ideal conditions in typical outdoor night time ambient lighting and in total darkness. Actual range and image clarity depends on installation location, viewing area, and light reflection / absorption level of object. In low light, the camera will switch to black and white.
3. Camera has a 0.01 Lux rating in color mode. Camera switches to black and white mode in complete darkness
4. Not intended for submersion in water. Installation in a sheltered location recommended.

For the 4k2560 camera do you have a dvr that can record 16ch worth of this camera? I see the DVRULT16HDX recorder but it says only channels 1 and 9 can record 4k from hdcvi. also, do you guys provide any industry discount or provide dealer discounts. I am looking for a company that can provide me with new upgraded analog solutions as I have hundreds of clients that have analog (coax) lines ran through their properties and are wanting better systems than their current but don't want to tear up walls. I am needing to buy several systems now, and looking for the best solution which you guys seem to have. Look forward to hearing from you.
