This system's cameras come equipped with several add-ons, such as built-in white LED lights and a speaker, which can activate automatically based on event detection or manually through the app to frighten intruders rather than merely recording them. With PoE technology, the system is extremely simple to set up, requiring only a single Ethernet cable per camera to the back of the NVR. The NVR will automatically configure the cameras for recording within minutes of connecting them. Watching the cameras and controlling their deterrence features is convenient using the AvaEye app, available for download on iPhones, Androids, and tablets.

PoE Turret AvaEye Cameras 8MP 4K Two Way Audio

This kit includes NDAA-compliant turret cameras that record clear 4K 8MP ultra-HD video at 20 frames per second. Thanks to a combination of the high-performance 1/2.8" Starlight CMOS image sensor and 2.8 mm fixed lens, these cameras see a 101° horizontal field of view. These technical specs mean the cameras are able to see facial features from as far as 50 feet away during daylight. Equipped with advanced Starlight technology, the cameras maintain color video and exceptional clarity in low-light conditions, even as dim as 0.0025 Lux. In areas that are too dark, they switch to black-and-white mode, illuminating the area with up to 100 feet of infrared (IR). Designed for versatility, they are IP67 water-resistance rated, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Built-in microphones allow for audio recording within a 25-foot range in a quiet setting, and the active-deterrence speaker can be used with the microphone for two-way audio interaction.

Warm Light and IR LED Options

The cameras in this system have both an IR LED and a Warm Light LED, offering better coverage than cameras that only use IR LEDs to see black-and-white video at night. When the Warm Light LED shines, it creates a visible floodlight, allowing the camera to see in color at night. This color night vision feature is ideal for capturing the color and details of cars at night, something that IR night vision security cameras cannot provide. You can configure which type of light is activated when the camera detects motion using the web interface, or tell the camera to only use IR if it offers better performance for your scenario.

Active Deterrence Cameras: A Proactive Measure Against Crime

Thieves and crooks take advantage of the night's darkness and quiet. Furthermore, most victims of theft and crime are sleeping through the night. These benefits have made it more difficult to use all forms of monitoring and surveillance systems. AvaEye offers a solution to address this challenging issue. Our Active Deterrence surveillance systems consist of cameras with built-in white-light LEDs to illuminate the area, as well as a speaker to sound off alerts and scare potential intruders away. The app allows you to manually activate audio alerts and lights, or you can rely on the AI-enabled detection features to trigger the active deterrence measures automatically upon human body detection. During the day, you could use the speaker to speak to guests or a delivery person, or you could sound an alert to get revenge on pranksters.

4K PoE Camera System With or Without Internet

AvaEye 4K PoE systems can function as standalone units with or without an internet connection. This one features an NVR with 8 built-in PoE ports that allow for direct connections to the cameras using a single network wire per camera. PoE technology simplifies setup and enables the NVR to transfer power to cameras from up to 300 feet. Furthermore, any smart detection settings you configure can send event data to the NVR from the cameras. Even without an internet connection, the NVR can store clear 4K footage on the internal hard drive and control the advanced features of the attached smart cameras.
