Enterprise level network video recorder that supports 128 Channels up to 4K resolution. You can use it to connect IP cameras on the network, or attach channels from our DVRs and NVRs to consolidate your security camera system in to one recorder. With this NVR you can use up to 128 IP cameras at user-selectable resolutions up to 4K resolution. For guaranteed compatibility we recommend the use of IP cameras we offer here at CCTV Camera World as they have been tested to work with our recorders. You can also use ONVIF compatible network cameras as well, however compatibility varies depending on the manufacturer and ONVIF version. You can refer to our ONVIF camera compatibility list to see if your camera is listed.

This 4K NVR recorder is housed within a 3U Rack Mountable Server Case that is fit for use in a server rack that is at least 22" deep. There are 16 hot swap hard drive bays for easy access to the internal hard drives. Each bay accepts up to 8TB DVR hard drives for a total capacity of 128TB. You can't have this much storage and not have disk redundancy. This recorder has all the bells and whistles of a real server. It offers multiple RAID configurations 0/1/5/6/10 which are perfect for use with high density video storage inside this NVR. To ensure that footage from each of the 128 cameras is recorded, the friendly user interface allows you to group camera recordings to specific hard drives, or hard drive groups. This way data encoding can be spanned and hard drive speeds will not be a bottle neck in saving multiple streams of video.

If you need more storage space, you can use our NVR certified eSATA storage expansion unit to add 8 more SATA ports that the NVR can write to increase storage space by an additional 64TB. You can also use the iSCSI or mini-SAS connections to write to your own NAS or SAN server.

There are 2 HDMI video outputs and 1 VGA. You can connect up to 3 monitors, with one HDMI being a Spot monitor. Of course, remote viewing is standard as in all of security DVRs. There are multiple ways to view this NVR and its camera, click here to see how:

This is truly an Enterprise Network Video Recorder. It uses hardware based video encoding along with an Intel processor to encode and render the video, and there is an embedded Linux operating system to ensure rock solid reliability. Using Linux offers operating system stability and protection from Trojans and Malware that plague PC based systems. To handle all the IP video bandwidth, there are four RJ45 gigabit network ports to handle the massive amounts of continuous throughput from up to 128 network camera video streams.

Motion detection, alarm inputs and relays are standard so cameras can be configured to record only on motion to save hard drive space. This NVR also offer intelligent Smart Detection when used with a compatible camera to offer video analytics. There are multiple recording methods which can be configured independently for each camera. Video can be backed up using a external USB drive, or over the network to a PC, MAC, FTP, or mirror to another NVR.

We need This 128 Channel NVR in Mumbai, do you have any authorized dealer or support team?
What could be the delivery time once order placed?

Question by: Mahendra Vishwakarma on: 2017-07-06

CCTV Camera World is based in the USA only. If we have it in stock, it can be shipped within 7 working days. If we have to order from the factory, it takes about 5 weeks to finish production. Delivery transit time would depend on the shipping method you select. Please note we don't offer free shipping outside the continental USA. The customer is responsible for all Duties and Tariffs associated with Customs Clearance.

wat else do i need to hook up 128 analog cameras with coaxial cameras

Question by: varian on: 2017-07-22

This is a 128 channel NVR for use with ip cameras. You cannot use it with analog security cameras.

Answer by: Tech Support on: 2017-07-25

How many channels can be recorded at once?

Question by: chris on: 2018-03-03

It is a 128 channel NVR and can record 128 channels at once. Recording is limited based on the number of channels and the total bit rate you are trying to record.

Will this unit support a wide variation of camera manufacturers? Not only, but specifically Axis.
Is there a per camera license needed?

Question by: Mark on: 2018-03-20

There is no per camera license fee. The NVR allows up to 128 channels to be added. We actually find AXIS cameras to be very compatible with our NVRs when using the ONVIF protocol. You can find a guide on how to connect AXIS cameras to our NVRs here. There is support for the following manufacturers for certain models: Arecont Vision, Bosch, Brickcom,
Canon, CP Plus, Dynacolor, Honeywell, Panasonic,

Pelco, Samsung, Sanyo, Sony, Videotec. However, for cameras besides Axis, compatibility varies greatly. We can only guarantee compatibility using cameras we sell as they have been tested to be compatible.

Answer by: Tech Support on: 2018-03-20

Have 100 Analog cameras connected to several analog DVRs. Since analog is being phased out. Need NVR capable of connecting IP cameras and possibly connecting to existing Analog DVRs connected to analog cameras. Can this NVR record the analog cameras that are connected to analog DVRs? Need at least 84 TB storage but figured I would get the max 128 TB.

Question by: Steve on: 2018-05-23

This is an NVR and can connect to IP video streams from IP cameras or fetch video streams from our DVRs that support analog cameras. Although you can't connect analog cameras directly to this NVR, by using our DVRs in video server mode, you can convert the analog cameras to IP streams for use with this NVR. For 100 cameras, it would be best to use 32 channel DVRs. We have a slimline 32 channel DVR that is a new arrival (not online yet) priced at $699 that can be used as a video server as described above.
